Volunteer Welcomers/Ushers
We have a great team of friendly volunteers who will help you. If you don’t know where you’re going, please ask one of the ushers. When you enter the Coorong pavilion for main sessions and Budawang for meals, please follow the ushers’ instructions as they direct you to your seats. It will make their jobs easier and the whole of NTE run a lot smoother!

Music & Copyright
All songs used at NTE are subject to copyright laws. By purchasing a copyright licence from Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) (as AFES has done) the copyright of many Christian songs is covered by the annual licence fee.

Copyright laws exist to protect the interests of composers, lyricists, and publishers and to ensure that they receive due payment for their labour. The recording of NTE songs and music performances is not permitted. We encourage you to abide by these laws always.

Guests
It is exciting to have some friends and supporters of AFES from around the country and the world join us for NTE. They are here to see the ministry of AFES in action and are part of the Guest Program which runs over the weekend. They will attend the main conference talks and meals as well as their own special sessions. Please look out for them and take the opportunity to talk to them and make them feel welcome. They’d love the opportunity to hear from you about how God has been at work on your campus through the gospel of Jesus.

Photography & Permission
At NTE, there will be people around taking photos. Photos may be used on social media and for future NTE promotions. Please inform the photographer(s) if they are near you, that you do not wish to be photographed. You can email us at [email protected], if you do not wish to appear in any of our promotional/social media materials. We will do our best in abiding with ethical photography & filming.

Talk Recordings
After NTE, recordings of the main talks will be available to download for free — all we ask is that you fill in a feedback form. Your feedback helps us to make NTE better each year. You will receive an email with a link to the survey shortly after NTE. At the end of the feedback survey, you’ll be given a link to download the talks from NTE for free!
