Did you know that Vanuatu has a total of 110 languages? And that it has the highest number of languages per head of population than any country in the world? While there remain many obstacles to Bible translation in Vanuatu, Wycliffe has been equipping local translators for many years. Take the opportunity to act now and learn about the process and significance of Bible translation.  

• 110 commitments to ongoing prayer for Bible translation in Vanuatu 
• 80 teams of 3-4 NTE attendees contributing $20 to ‘unlock’ chains from a Bible for the ‘Translator Training Vanuatu’ project 
• 150 one to one conversations between Wycliffe personnel and NTE attendees about Bible translation 

Many refugees struggle to feed their families each week, placing great strain on those who have already endured so much. Sydney Refugee Team is a ministry of WEC which shares the hope of Jesus with refugees in Sydney. They meet practical needs, build authentic relationships, and nurture the dignity found only in the hope of Jesus. Solve a puzzle to purchase deliveries of groceries by WEC members who build relationships with refugees, providing opportunities to share the good news of Jesus.

• 240 experiences of learning about and praying for refugees and nationals still living in the countries of Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, Sri Lanka and Iraq  
• 240 experiences of everyday activities through language barriers 
• 240 contributions of $5 to provide 10 refugee families with groceries for a week 

Less than 30% of the world’s 12,000 languages and speech varieties have any translated scripture. While we enjoy rich biblical resources in our English language, many people don’t have any access to Jesus in their own heart language. For the past 80 years, Global Recordings Network (GRN) have recorded the message of Jesus in 6,500 languages and speech varieties. Experience how they’ve done this and hear about their latest project translating the story of Jesus in four native Pakistani languages.

• 360 contributions of $5 to make gospel recordings in four native Pakistani languages  
• 200 commitments to pray that the people of Pakistan can hear the message of Jesus in their heart language 

God is at work throughout the Pacific in islands as far flung as Vanuatu, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Tonga and the Solomon Islands. We have the privilege of welcoming attendees from each of these islands at NTE2022. Come and meet brothers and sisters and partner with them for the sake of Jesus as they prayerfully plan for the future of their ministry.

• 300 contributions of $5 to enable staff in Fiji to purchase two laptops and to train students without staff workers in the West of Fiji 
• 100 commitments to pray for future staff workers throughout the Pacific 
• 300 one to one encouraging conversations between NTE attendees and staff and students from the Pacific
