To the Ends of the Earth
NTE 21 in Queensland is a Christian training event for university students, run by the Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students (AFES). Our aim is to train students in and equip students with the gospel of Jesus, so they can be sent back to their local campuses, churches, and communities to serve others.rnrnJoin us as we gather under GodÔÇÖs word at MTCC (Mt Tamborine Conference Centre) with students from across Queensland to hear about GodÔÇÖs gospel: To the Ends of the Earth.
Gary Millar has been the Principal of Queensland Theological College since the start of 2012. He studied in Belfast, Aberdeen and at Oxford and worked as a pastor for 17 years in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland before moving to Brisbane to lead the team at QTC.rnrnGary travels widely throughout Australia and beyond, seeking to encourage local churches. He is also the co-founder and Chair of The Gospel Coalition Australia.┬áGary is married to Fiona, and they have three daughters, Lucy, Sophie and Rebekah.
Richard Chin serves as the National Director of the Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students. Richard migrated from Singapore as a child, grew up in Fairfield and graduated in Medicine, before training at Moore College for his work as a student evangelist.rnrnRichard is married to Jeanette, and father to four young adult children. Based at Australian National University in Canberra, Richard also serves with Jeanette on an AFES staff team that proclaims Christ to both local and international students.
